Once the payment is successfully completed, the customer will receive a payment confirmation via email and/or SMS within a few minutes of the transaction.
The confirmation will include transaction details and reference information for future inquiries.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions: Incorrect service charged
Technical issues caused by the merchant.
Duplicate transactions
All refund, return, and cancellation requests must comply with our policy and will be reviewed accordingly.
Customers may request service cancellation within the agreed service period, subject to the terms of the subscription or agreement.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Approved cancellations will be processed according to the service agreement.
If no cancellation is applicable for a specific service, this will be clearly communicated before purchase.
